Highlights:
- Marketing stations are located in the main room where the conference takes place. This means that during the 2-day conference, all attendees and press will connect and interact with you as well as experience your product/service.
- You will get a “Spotlight Segment” where the host will introduce you and your business from the stage as a sponsor of that portion of the event. This will give you and your story tremendous visibility and will allow the audience to connect with you on a more meaningful level.
- Stations will be provided at the conference and you are invited to bring 1 support person with you.
- From 4 – 5:30pm each day, you will have the option of hosting a roundtable discussion at your station. Your discussion topic must be approved by Savor the Success in advance. Attendees will pre-register for your topic.
Product-based businesses:
Choose a business topic that you have learned that you can share with others and create a meaningful discussion around this topic. For example, at the Om Aroma table, Angela would discuss employee issues and the solutions she found. This is in the spirit of Give, Give, Get and will also help you to create a meaningful, long-lasting connection with your audience.Service-based businesses: Conduct a roundtable talk that highlights your area of expertise. For example, a Video Marketing Expert would create a mini-workshop around the topic of how to increase your YouTube subscribers. This will allow others to “sample” you and for you to create a meaningful connection with your target clients.
Requirements:
- Your marketing station must offer our attendees something of value – this is not just a place to hand out brochures or sell product. We would like each attendee that visits your table to learn something and experience your product / service. This will create the meaningful connection!
Fee:
- $395 for Premium Members
- $595 for Non-Premium Members
There are only 10 spots available at our event. Due to limited space, we are unable to accept all member applications. You will be set up the entire day and will be selling your products during networking, breakfast and lunch times.
Submission Guidelines:
- Email us your Savor profile and proposed roundtable topic no later than April 1 for review by the RTW Committee.
- You must have at least one product/service to showcase at the event.
- You will be notified of your status by April 8.

If chosen to participate, the next steps include:
- Provide company description, logo, and product photo (if applicable) for pre-event promotional usage on website
