Enter to win a $2500 Grant!

Eligibility:

Your business must be innovative, 100% women-owned and produce products or provide services.

You do not have to be a Premium Member to apply and there is no application fee.
Your application materials will be considered based on your ability to show how the grant money will enhance the growth of your business at this time.

How to Apply:
  • Create a YouTube video of 2 minutes or less (videos over 2 minutes will not be considered) telling us how Savor the Success has had an impact on your entrepreneurship along with your favorite quick tip or inspirational quote that helps you when you have business “ups and downs”.

    Place the video on your FaceBook page and Savor’s FB page and tag us! Tweet about your video with a link to it and add @savorthesuccess and #savor so we can retweet. Include your name, business and website.

  • Non-complete applications will be immediately disqualified.
Deadline is April 10, 2011 at 5PM EST

Application Questions:

  • Business name, address, website
  • When was your business founded?
  • Where will your company be in 5 years?
  • How will you use the $2500 to make more revenue*?
  • How does your business give back? (This is part of our Give, Give, Get philosophy. Examples: You can be giving back by providing content-rich tips on your blog. You may do speaking engagements for free to help others. Maybe you volunteer time. Maybe you give jobs to Americans. Or perhaps you’ve donated products to people in need. All of this is giving in some way!)

*This question is based on Savor the Success’ founder, Angela Jia Kim’s philosophy that whenever you bring revenue into the company, you should always take a portion of the income to create more revenue. For example, if you sell $5000 worth of jewelry, you could use a portion of that to create online marketing videos to put on your website, which would help you to sell more product.

Send the application to info@savorthesuccess.com along with the link to your YouTube video by April 10, 2011 at 5 PM EST. Subject line must say RTW GRANT APPLICATION.

Five finalists will be announced on April 20 and will be on our website for a voting poll. There will be five votes, and the poll will count as ONE vote. There will be a panel of four judges, and each judge will get one vote. Judges’ names will be revealed at the conference.

The Winner will be announced at the Women Entrepreneurs Rock the World 2011 conference!
